Because we don't see the 18th page under the 17th. There is only one page with 19 written on it.

Also, the manuscript paper is different from the usual one he uses. Same thing happened with the one in 398:

Though even if it does run in WSJ, we know the chapters won't release weekly. Unless the wording in the editorial department's message wasn't accurate. Another one of those things we'll have to wait and see.

Didn't he say he had the script for 30 chapters? I think it would be better for him to finish drawing them and focus on the next before his return. 30 chapters in a row would be better than 10.

Nah... lol. He's only going this fast because he most likely has these chapters (through 410) already drafted. If he had to storyboard (though I imagine he has at least some of them storyboarded at this point), draft, and ink 411-430, and the assistants still needed to do their work? We wouldn't see any of these for a while.
