Discussion I have a (possible stupid) question repeated to book 0

I just started reading jjk book 0. It says theirs 4 chapters however, after getting to the end of chapter 3 it restarted back with chapter 1. At I first I thought it was a manga thing but the book itself ends 2 pages into chapter 2.
the layout is essential [chapter 1, chapter 2, chapter 3, chapter 1, (again) chapter 2 (again)

any information is greatly appreciated.
