For those who don’t know what ‘chakl’ is, for my French speaking friends, it is like the ‘l’accent aigu’ where the letter/word pronunciation literally changes pending on where you put it.

Way too overpowered if that is the case. I can see BB nullifying luffy’s fruit so Haki has to be further developed to have any chance. Luckily for him, luffy grew up righting without be reliant on his fruit.
