Technically, World Trigger isn't part of the NPG. It's grouped with Soma as the "Fresh Power Campaign." The NPG consists of Assassination Classroom, Nisekoi, Haikyuu!!, Saiki Kusuo no PSInan and Kuroko no Basuke (though Kuroko's kinda the odd one out, since the other titles are all much newer).

From what I remember, Sailormoon mainly started on Fox Kids and another channel that has since kicked the bucket (and thus whose name I don't recall) that tended to show a wide variety of cartoons in the afternoon. I used to get up at 6 AM in... I think middle school? to watch episodes of it...

I can't speak for TWB yet (though I generally don't like sports series), but my favorite of the new batch thus far has been iShoujo. I'm rooting for it to be a keeper, but at this point, there's no way of telling which of the new series will stick around for a while.
