This is not confirmed, Yuri didn't realize it either, Tiara was simply so powerfully skilled she seemed alien to her using her pen to warp her power amongst yuris attacks.

All I know is Team Baam needs to train more, maybe with Mazino or maybe the Fug Leader.

She defeated Yuri tho I cant wait for Tiara to get definitive feats in this arc when she defeats Duma level rankers or Duma herself without the pen. People are gonna go nuts.

Guess Rachel is destined to be Baam level eventually. Like that rabalon is doing something too.

Unpopular opinion, Rachel will somehow get a powerup on par with baam. And it will be able to surpass all irregulars even phantomonim and urek. And yes I'm a Rachel fan. Another unpopular opinion.
