In this context ウチ is more along the lines of here and depends on context. So it would roughly translate to; Even after he came here (this restaurant?), He's only been chasing after girls.

Top one should be more along the lines of "I do know this feeling" If it's a fossil, it shouldn't bite! It won't be misused (used for evil) like a robot would.

It's really dependent upon how big your room is etc. but generally speaking a 40" for a personal space is more than enough. Go into a store, look at the various models, make sure the one you want is 1080p, and you should be good to go.
