Help 所有者 and オーナー

So, the character doesn't know the word 'owner/オーナー' thus needs someone to explain that it means '所有者'.
I'm unsure on how this page should be translated to give the same situation in english. Should I transliterate it as ōnā then leave a TL note explaining the situation or do something else?
