Ok so to those interested in coming to Vaxjo to visit Imp and Blai, me and Evil have already bought our tickets. we're going from 30th Sept to 3rd Oct.

It's going to be awesome. Moreso since I apparently am going back to uni one year before planned. Hopefully it means I'll live <100-500m from Imp. That way I can host someone and he can host someone :3 More space for everyone!!!

I know a lot of campus ppl already, plus Impy's got the International Sector (with all it's nations and party committees) which means we'll have a lot of ppl to party with ehehe

So, I'm not most likely coming to Sweden, the timing is a bit tricky. And the expenses would be pretty much the same if I come to Germany, and obvoisly I'd prefer Germany over Sweden, where I have been so many times.

So how is the planning for Germany meet going? I understood the set meeting place would be Frankfurt and on the week after Christmas. I'd leave 27.12 arriving in Frankfurt around 01.00 on thursday, and leave on friday. Is this okay? I'd appreciate fast response, because the flight seems almost full.

I'm also waiting response from Bohr busses if they are driving their busses between Hahn airport and Frankfurt at that time, but I bet I won't have time to wait.

Thursday until Friday? Same week? For one night then? When is the flight back on Friday?
I don't have a schedule yet what to do when but if you book the flight now it be one fixed point at least, so go ahead.

Make sure you get from Hahn to Frankfurt city though not too overpriced.

Yup, I'd arrive to Hahn 22.05 on Wednesday. If the bus schedule on the airport site is valid, I'd be at Frankfurt (Mannheimer Street, if that rings a bell) at 01.00 on Thursday. So I'd need a hotel for that night. I'd depart from Hahn on Friday 30th 16.35, so I'd need to leave Frankfurt on bus around 14.00.

Technically two night, but practically I'd be there thursday and friday morning.

Still waiting for confirmations from the bus company, I asked them about it on email. Shouldn't be too expensive, 13e/ride. The problem is that the schedule that I found is only valid untill October, so that's why the email asking about their holidays schedules.

You should split the thread into meeting destinations, like Sweden or Germany with dates in the title. More chances of people joining then. If you want me to, I can do that.

October 15 is Japan Day in Düsseldorf, btw. I'm always meeting people from MH at that festival since 2007
