Let's suppose a ninja trained under A, Tsunade and Gai. Now let's think that this Ninja would activate their Strength of a Thousand, Open all the 8 gates and at the top of their power they activate their Lightning Release Armor.
As for their delivering blow a mix of Tsunade's Punch, Night Gai and Hell Stab, with their chakra control prowess they deliver a blow with Night Gai's speed but with their power heavily concentrated in single point.
Do you think anyone non Rikudo'd could match this combo of jutsus?
And using the same setup but less suicidal, the 7th gate version with Strength of a Thousand and Lightnin Armor, what canon ninja would be a reasonable match?

Edit: For initial discussion suppose a ninja with no kekkei genkai using these techniques but feel free to think about Hashirama doing it with sage mode or Neji or Sasuke or even Kaguya, well, could be useful if she ever fights Goku xD
