A Quality System Management Needed

Hello! Everyone in the office has loads of work to be done and some are complaining. For that matter, our manager recently decided that they were planning to do an upgrade or a change. Maybe because they sorted out the problem in the workplace. As a part of their concern and effort, they want to consider automating our systems. In this case, everything will be an advantage for everyone. By the way, your proposal, advice and additional recommendations are welcome. Would you mind sending us your ideas with regards to any system management that you know? Thanks!

Well, a quality system management is something like ISO9001 standards ( a set of standards specific for administrative process traceability). However it wouldn't really automate anything, what you would be doing is basically adjust processes and record keeping at your workplace to what is currently defined as ISO9001 standards. Which in general will mean the place's processes will have to be adjusted to the norm and every process will have to leave a record that basically proves it was done the way you say it is supposed to be done. I am not sure this is quite what you want considering the "automation" thing.

Have you thought about getting some consultations? It will be difficult to recommend since System Management differs.
