I came on here knowing who I was going to nominate but now looking at other’s, have to think. Because Lucia, Hardner, and King were the best Rave arc boss villains for me. But Zeref, Hades, Mard Greer, and Siegrain/Jellal (when he was evil; you know most of you liked him better as a villain) were the best arc boss/villains. Some of the other ones like Kyoka, Ultear, Cobra, Dimaria, Irene, Acnologia were good. And I kind of like the big villains of Fairy tail better than Rave Master. Except Lucia who was awesome.

Irene Belserion

For the few short chapters she appeared, she was the absolute highlight of the Alvarez arc. If she has her own arc to be a villain, or had been introduced in a previous arc then she would have been ever more beloved. She was also way more involved with some of the more major events of Alvarez then even Zeref was.

Jellal

Fantastic early series villain, the version that was on the island was almost like a predecessor to how Mard Greer would later be and the Siegrain persona was almost a bit like Zeref was in Alvarez.
