Don't know Haru as i have never read Rave.
Zeref character development was a waste of potential.
Laxus and Gajeel both had really good character developments and tbf, Gajeel's was even more so than laxus considering his ability for interpersonal relationships, maintaining them, caring abt them etc. (coming from a guy who was from opposing guild compared to Laxus who was at least in FT )

But with my obvious bias for Laxus, I voted for him.
