There are a few anime that come up in conversations about the more questionable series for those of us who make a habit of anime dumpster diving every season. Usually in the context of...
"I sure hope this anime doesn't turn out like ____"
Or
"Oh no, this reminds me a little of ____"
To be fair, lets set the rule that you can only make this declaration about something you have fully experienced by watching at least a full season of. Is Sin: Nanatsu no Taizai absolutely dreadful? I would assume so from the episode I watched, but that's all I watched so it gets to be someone else's nightmare. Probably Zasz or Wowzers..
Anyway I'm curious what everyone's list of anime that lingers in all the worst possible ways for you looks like.
This thread came from a discussion between @Wowzers and myself but I welcome anyone and everyone else to join in the "fun". @Sky, @Nii, @Zasz, @Demonspeed, @Erinyes, @Brandish μ, @Arjuna, @Purity of Magi, @revo don't pretend you all haven't watched more than your share of garbage. So lets hear about what haunts your anime nightmares.

I'll start my list out with the obvious.
Yashahime can turn any Inuyasha fan into broken shell of themselves. It's not bad in one aspect but bad in every aspect. The characters, the story, the animation. All of it so bad that I struggle to even express how bad it actually is to those who haven't seen it. The character work and plotting is terrible to the point that it's almost abstract. It's sole purpose for existing seems to be to ruining Inuyasha's happy ending and causing misery to me personally.
Hyakuren no Haou to Seiyaku no Valkyria The phrase "trash isekai" is used a lot but those of us who watched this really know what that phrase means. Cheap, lazy, even Aoi Yuuki couldn't save it. That's how bad this is.
