I have no idea what that entails really... I did pass the Keyboard Specialist test so I'm qualified to be an Editor... So I guess that would fit into proof reading, yet I figure you want people who read/write in languages like Japanese or Korean not English . I can type around 100-200 WPM, not sure that has anything to do w/ type setting which I guess is setting the font/filling it into the box .

I think if you got into more details it would make it easier to recruit if they have some idea what they need to do . What manga do you currently translate anyways?
