With so many auras and power ups, a lot of the older auras have become irrelevant. Even auras like TNK are no longer the best and have a few auras that are comparable.
Note I am only considering auras useful for singles.
S+ Tier
QP aura : With this aura QP who is about even to Oni in base, crushed TNK Oni like a bug. Making this the only aura clearly better than TNK and by a good margin too.
S Tier
TNK/ Kijin/ 6 Consciousness/ No Sense Tennis : TNK and Kijin seem like sidegrades to each other. No Sense Tennis allowed Yuki to keep up and even overpower TNK at times. 6 Consciousness is very powerful and allowed Akutsu to keep up with a fairly strong pro in Amadeus.
A+ Tier
Black Dragon Aura (3 strikes): The ability to change directions multiple times is overpowered.
A Tier
Hyaku Ren Jitoku no Kiwami: Still a fairly powerful and useful aura unlike Saiki. It can return any shot with double the spin and power and can even be used on the legs to increase mobility or the arm to increase serve speed.
Silver White Light of Mount Olympus: Seems to just boost physical stats by a good amount and looks similar to TNK. Almost like a poor version of TNK but better than beast aura.
A- Tier
Muga no Kyōchi: Not a bad aura but it drains a lot of stamina and there are characters who can copy abilities better like Niou without as much downsides.
B Tier
Saiki Kanpatsu no Kiwami: Technically should be a more advanced aura than muga but its showings have been poor and it is too easily countered.
Beast Aura: Literally everyone who used this aura loss. It is like a super poor version of TNK with the physical boost.
