Goblin Slayer
A really amazing and difficult adaptation. The result was a dark anime that was kind of heroic and uplifting. With a stellar soundtrack.

Sword Art Online Alternative: Gun Gale Online
The anime that overcame my passionate hatred of SAO to be come a real favorite.

Violet Evergarden
A gorgeous and soul crushingly sad anime.
