The JJK nomination isn't allowed since it happened in 2021. Same for the One Piece one despite the leak...

Thxs @Demonspeed for the answer, i figured for one piece that chapter 1000 was probably not eligible, it makes sense. But for JJK, i caught up recently, i had no idea when it was aired exactly, but, i ve just checked, and according to wiki episode 13 was aired on Dec 26th 2020.

Yeah OP 1000 is not eligible. It was officially released in 2021.
