Hmm, there's a lot of characters who have amazing designs, so for him to have 2 votes at least, I support Allen Walker from D. Gray-man Blame Hoshino, she draws beautifully.

Well, as far as just character design goes I would choose Sasuke. He's got a simple design, without many lines yet looks cool.

I think Guts had a pretty generic design, when first introduced...we always see big black guys with big swords...but as Miura's art and Gut's apparel changed...it's just fabulous...Guts FTW!
