I nominate Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun. that anime is just hilarious and the comedy is not forced, feel like its natural ( unlike those lame nosebleed and stuff like that we usually have in comedy animes)

Support Gintama. I've never always laughing so hard at any other anime other than that thing before. Even anime original stories are extremely hilarious. X3

And nominate Shirokuma Cafe, despite of the fact that I don't think it'll stand much of a chance. I mean, what's more cute than seeing animals spending some times together in a small cafe, talking about trivial stuffs like love and who's the cutest and most popular in the zoo...and the cafe master will always slap some funny puns every so often? Some of the jokes in it is funny as well. Probably the only pure comedy genre anime I watched ever. :3

Ah...figured. Since there's probably no better comedy than that one.

Just take out Gintama for me then. I'll only nominate Shirokuma Cafe for now. :3
