I would like to nominate Pain death, from Naruto. It was a good chapter.
Uvogin death was also really epic. He died fighting and smiling.

And I was about to nominate One Piece for some, but to be honest in the anime the weren't as deep as the manga and that somehow degraded it. Still, as a fan, I'm forced to vote for Ace's Death as well.
