I nominate Tower of God which has an embarrassment of riches when it comes to characters. A cast of nothing but great characters of wide variety of personalities and quirks. Baam, Androssi, Koon, Rak, Yuri, Mazino, other names I can't get into for spoiler reasons. All fully worthy of being best character in any other series. And this year in particular it's been a showcase of what a cast this strong can do.
