When you really think about it he was the perfect person to die... not one of the most important but an impactful character who still had something yet to do. I mean I wish he wasn’t dead and I hate Rachel for that. Still I did what I could to honor him since that won’t be possible at the end of S3...

It was kind of a master stroke when you think about. Would have loved to see him reunite with his daughter first though.
