I change my nomination to Jack Rakan from Mahou Sensei Negima for Best Male Support. That guy can pretty rewrite the laws of magic if needed, is probably one of the biggest perverts ever designed by Ken Akamatsu (one time actually breaking from an illusion spell by locating the enemy mage from the smell of her panties), came back to life after being written out of existence by sheer force of will, invents new attacks on-the-run and gives them idiotic names, and is basically being a badass 24/7. And an idiot.
