• For the nomination phase to run smoothly and to avoid situations where nominations weren't counted by accident, please state your nomination clearly. It is preferable to highlight the nominated title with bolded text and color. Example of nomination format:

I nominate Pluto for best mystery. It's Urasawa doing a robot detective story. Nuff said.

1st...Hour of the Mice...a pretty interesting "conspiracy" story, with gifted children attending a highly suspicious and isolated school...

2nd...Monster from Urasawa...it's pretty much a classic, and one of the most intriguing stories and villains in manga history
