Best OVA Announcement!
The results are in for the first Anime Awards Ceremony (2010) at long last! The moment you have been waiting for, has finally arrived! [Drum rolls]

It's such a beautiful anime, that depicts one of the best parts of Rurouni Kenshin as a series. It's so sad the Jinchuu arc couldn't be animated but at least the flashback part that became Tsuioku-hen did get animated. The animation itself was also very well done, and the music also complemented everything well and brought out the intense emotions of this masterpiece.
It's an adaptation that is actually better than the original manga, and how many times are anime able to do that? Answer: very, very few. This is one of those times 
His main role was in the Kyoto Arc though, so I would recommend everyone to watch the main anime (the Kyoto arc is animated) or read the manga! And yes, Hege, you need to finish the series 
Seijuurou also appears in the other Ruroken OVA, Seisouhen, but that one was bad. They made Kenshin act out of character and even Watsuki publicly "disowned" Seisouhen
