This round will decide the winner in all categories.

What kind of restriction are you referring?

If it is regarding about the dates, it will be according to the time frame stated, 2014/2015.

Doesn't that apply to the Raizou plot-twist too? It happened on February 10th 2016 in chapter 816

Zou arc started in Chapter 802, which was sometime in 2015. I suppose the nomination is still considered acceptable. Since it's open to 2016, it should be fine now. That would include Brandish from Fairy Tail. :^_^
