I am working on setting up my second birthday bash.

What are your thoughts on factory card outlet compaired to the other party stores? Is it better than the others for pricing/selection? Do you recommend shopping online, in-store or using a combination of the two?

dude, you only need to go to one place: your local pub/ bar! either that or the liquor store! alcohol is the way to go!
