I love pizza but I was more of a Cornelia fan than C.C. I remember much more about Yoruichi too. So remind me what's so great about C.C again? What makes her Waifu material?

According to me, the answer is power and faithfulness.
Upon meeting her, she can give you the Geass, a supernatural ability. Each person manifest a different power, for example the absolute obedience (Lelouch) or hear the thoughts of others (Mao). Throughout the series, she has been a faithful to poor Lelouch unlike Kallen... She's been there with him during the tough times...
I like Euphemia more than Cornelia. Too bad that Euphemia was killed for Lelouch's master plan.

Nevermind the pizza joke guys, what power would you like to get from the Geass mark? Mine would be mind control...

She seems to be tsundere type to me... I prefer something more gentle... I forgot to say that C.C. is immortal...

She is agressive, but not Tsundere, she can be extremely fierce, she knows she is hot.
She is playfull, sarcastic and funny. Likes to play childish tease games with who she is close with. As a means to demonstrate affection.

And if you want a more gentle side... well...

Her 3rd form in the manga, shows a more vulnerable and gentle side of her, which is the only thing she is shy about.
Hopefully the incoming last season of Bleach anime will do her justice.

I forgot to tell you guys that C.C. has a sarcastic nature. I just love sarcastic people. It gives more life to conversations. Here's a couple of examples:

On Episode 5 of the first season, C.C. wanted to ask Lelouch a question on the "Suzaku Kururugi" incident that happened last episode:

C.C.: "Hey, in the end, what did 'orange' mean?"
Lelouch: *hmph*
C.C.: "What?"
Lelouch: "You won't answer anyone's questions at all, but you'll ask me questions, huh?"
C.C.: "If you don't want to answer me, then you don't have to. Just like me."
