My today's Activity:

Consuming

- Sleeping for 5h today = -349
- Jogging/running for 15min= -137
- Walking for 20min= -150
-18h at rest = 46*18= -828

Total loss =1464 calories

Intake

- 2 Cup of tea = +2
- 4 Teaspoon of sugar = +64
- 4 Cucumbers = +180
- 3 Tomatos = +72
- 1 Onion = +44
- 3 Guavas = +114
- 1.5 liters of water = 0
- 200g of full cooked meat = +500
- 1 Cup of milk = +103
- 50g of oat = +200

Total gain = 1279 calories


Total gain - Total loss = 1279-1464= -185 calories

Today i didn't eat anything, Trying the 24h fast diet.

I slept for 12h= -1676 calories
10h awake= -400 calories

Total loss -2073 calories.

2h left and i will eat again 🥴

30min running/jogging/walking = -252

Total loss = -1356

Intake

- 2 pepsi cans = +300
- half cup of rice made with oil = +206
- 3 non spicy bell pepper= +120
- 3 zucchini = +63
- 150g beef = +375
- 1 cup Mango juice = +80
- half chicken breast =+51
- Oat with milk = +300
- 1 liter of water = 0

Total gain = +1495

Total gain - Total loss = 1495 - 1356 = +139

-50g Gouda Cheese = 200 kcals
-Seafood soup 500g = 300 kcals
-9 tablespoons of sugar = 432 kcals
-Fish fillet 150g = 350 kcals
