Total loss =1464 calories
Intake
- 2 Cup of tea = +2
- 4 Teaspoon of sugar = +64
- 4 Cucumbers = +180
- 3 Tomatos = +72
- 1 Onion = +44
- 3 Guavas = +114
- 1.5 liters of water = 0
- 200g of full cooked meat = +500
