Support can't log in with the password

i have this problem with the password. i can't change it anymore and everytime i enter it, it shows error that's why i can't log in from other laptop and if i log out now then it's all over.
The email is also not getting received on my Side.

Are you sure you're checking the correct email account? Did you check your spam folders?

There is most likely a limit on how often you can reset a forgotten password. Or, you can't reset it if you didn't change it the first time you went through the process. If you still aren't getting the email let me know.
