Chapter 234 is out! Any thoughts on it?

So apparently Chapter 234 has open many questions. How is the "Noah Family" using the Earl, or more specifically Mana? Is Marian Cross from the past (7,000 years ago)? Where is Lavi? Who are the Bookman clan really? How did they time travel back (or perhaps even forward in time)? Things are getting really confuse...Also...is Mana an accomadtor (I can't remember how you spell XD. It's been so long since we had a new exorcist) of the heart? I like to hear everyone thoughts. Please be free to ask any questions or give theories.
