Chapter Planning, Who writes what?

for each part of chapter 100, should we do this:

[(spoiler)=author's name and part title]

for example,

Spoiler: snoogen - hooray for chapter 100!

we could do the same time for the author's note, which could take place after his or her part.

so um... what are we titling chapter 100? is it just going to be called chapter 100?

Hm, maybe the last writer (since he/she knows the whole story) can decide a title because he/she will post it as well.

Im almost done with my part, its a little longer than I expected and oh yeah, I introduced a pretty goofy finder as well .

I am looking forward to the release. Unfortunately we have to wait a little while because so many people are writing on it. On the other hand, this will make this chapter really precious.
