A magical place where hundreds of thousands comic books get together to be signed by their creators or impersonators of their stories on the big screen. At times, fans are seen battling over which way characters should be portrayed. For the most part it's a peaceful meeting though, since the owners of said comics are a diverse population.
Comic conventions happen all over the world now and maybe even beyond that. But there is a dark side too. It is reported that on some occasions comic books are sold and traded. There is no evidence of this comic book slavery though, if you have any, please report it to the authorities.
The next known conventions are:
SC Cimicon in Greenville, South Carolina April 2-3
Jersey Shore Spring Comic Book Show in Toms River, New Jersey April 3
Emerald City Comicon in Seattle, Washington April 8-10
New England Super Megafest Comic Con in Marlborough, Massachusetts April 8-10
They are small, but stay vigilant and keep your pages peeled.
