Poor Allen, he can not take a break. As the story goes on it is becoming more and more hard to guess everything

I wonder if Allen is actually an Akuma with the soul of the host and body of the Bookman Jr (or vice versa). Since in the first chapters, Order's gate could not tell if Allen was a human or an Akuma.

I wonder if Allen is actually an Akuma with the soul of the host and body of the Bookman Jr (or vice versa). Since in the first chapters, Order's gate could not tell if Allen was a human or an Akuma.

It was stated that its becouse of the curse, naoh cant revive themselfs in akumas they need a human host, so nah Allen is allen but he was rebuild somehow by Apo.

Maybe a wild theory but what if Timcanpy is actually Bookman Jr, one used magic to turn him into that golem. He is friend of Allen, also records everything, has knowladge of past ect. Just like Cross is a magician and can turn into skulls, maybe he turned Jr into that golem...or maybe Neah did when Allen gave up his body to him, wanting Allen to have his friend at his side.

Other option Apo erased his memory of Allen and him beign bookman and simply went on with his life while Apo took Allen. The most humane option.

Allen gave his body to Neah, Jr considered this a treason, wanted to kill Allen, Neah did the killing.

Many options.
