i too have noticed this through dling directly thru mangahelpers. my dls also stall, and now they wont even complete. idk why ddling through mangahelpers is being so slow / not working. im trying right now, its been 15 mins and im at 2 perent with 1 hr 3 mins remaining, and it not moving at all

I have this problem every once in a while
especially when I double clicked the "download" button twice...
I'm only downloading one file right now, but when I try to download the second one 403 error shows up.
Wish there was a solution to this problem...

With all the failed download attempts I've made, I'm not even sure I remember when the last time was that I successfully downloaded a single file from the MH servers. They're unbelievably slow, and downloads completely stalling is expected (completely stalling as in the downloads do start and progress for a bit, but after a while, they hit 0.0 kB/s and stop moving -- all the while, the connection never seems to break). Seems to coincide with the fact that the server takes forever to time connections out (so that we always hit the 2 connection limit without actually downloading 2 files simultaneously).
Sometimes, files uploaded to MH can only be found on MH, and because the servers pretty much act as black holes (things can be put in, but things can never be taken out), the relatively useless download system ranks among the site's most frustrating aspects.

True but it's either that or disabling downloads :\
