I'll have to go with Valkyrie's final moments. They were surprisingly epic and heartbreaking at the same time. Homura's final goodbye to her was also amazing, but the fact that they don't bring her back (at least not right now) shows definite growth as an author from Mashima which I appreciate.

Chapter 15: Rebecca's first use of Ether

What is this power? I had forgotten about this, but this doesn't fit with what her power was in the future at all. Also did the bath give her an ether power or did it just make her able to see something she always had? Because she used Cat Leaper before chapter 15, unconsciously.
