Mercu and Cara. Both really care for each other and unlike Natsu-Lucy, you get that there's actually romantic feelings/love for each other. And unlike Grey-Juvia, it doesn't seem to have that stalkerish sort of feeling to it. Shame that's the best choice though.

Gray x Lucy would have been so much better had Mashima decided to go with that.
