My vote goes for Touka the best girl for what she did to Fairy Tail.
1) She tamed Laxus of all people.
2) Foddering the overhyped Jellal with no chance for a counter attack. He was like a heart patient.
3) Soloing entire FT while sipping tea.
4) She is living up to her Hype for now while doing justice for Zeref's hype as well.

Brandish. In the appearances she's made so far, she has not been as annoying as Erza, Lucy, and so many other characters. I still like Erza and Lucy though, but Brandish has retained cool.

but yeah, Brandish is cool, and I'm hoping Mashima doesn't ruin her. Touka is just meh, but interesting, so meh in an interesting way.
