You mean Grand Priest right oh yeah. This is like Daishinkan's case, we lack facts to measure its level so it comes down to speculation on what God could do (???)

I don't even know who this Cadis person is
But Father once he became God was almost unbeatable, it took a combination of no less than 5 alchemists to do anything to him, one who was a Philosopher's stone and quickly burned through his supply. Without Hohenheim, Father would have won.
The version of Father that kept being dealt attacks after attacks while dealing with someone who was similar in power to him before GOd. As I said, without Hohenheim and him being a Philosopher's Stone, Father would have won the war.Yeah its basically assuming he has God's powers, which weren't showcased enough before he reverted to the imperfect state without enough souls to contain it.
Rai wins if we are not taking that version of Father that lasted seconds.
Yawn. Did he absorb the power of God into himself? Did it take a nearly-immortal man and at least three other alchemists continuously attacking him to beat him, and even then it was close?
Rai stopped a satellite from crashing on earth and fought many vampires (and not random ones, he actually fought vampire leaders that were the strongest of their generation), he fought the lord of werewolves, even though his powers were weakened in the series, he never lost even once and destroyed the enemies before his eyes.
This is what he has to say to his opponent:
Taking the attacks from those alchemist isn't impressive. Some of the clan leaders from Noblesse can take on all of the FMA series alone, and Rai can fodderize any of them.Yawn.
