Besides most people's obvious "I'd hit that" reasons, most of the female characters pretty much rank the same to me, but I've always liked

Bellemere. Simply because she's an amazing woman for what she's been to and what she sacrificed, all for the sake of her kids.

Robin - From the crew, her role in the story is next to Zoros and Luffys for me the most interesting one if not the most important one. The ancient kingdom, blank century, Will of D, Ponoglyph, WG.. -> without Robin no plot xD

Hancock - She is the most captivating female and almost threw herself to Luffy despite of her arrogant actions.

Nami - Besides her awesome personality and her incredible dream. I think we can all say her backstory is one of the most tragic ones and her backstory was the one that made me really love one piece. Also, she's the only one that can harm luffy, zoro and sanji and she loves money and she's independent and pretty much the one that is like the sister/mother figure of the crew.

Tashigi - Being a marine and one of the few ones that has doubted about Marine's justice believing she does not deserve the promotion. Her dream of recovering all "fallen" swords, her own view of justice and her beliefs about what is right, not depending on if it's a pirate or a marine are somehow interesting.
Apart from the fact that she's not the typical One Piece girl.

Robin.
Even though I like Hancock, but I agree with BlackHair that Robin's role in the story is next to Luffy's, because she is needed to understand Poneglyps and also she is quite intellectual overall, quite pretty and rather strong. And I like her humor.)

In the manga awards, I annoyed the moderators with the fact that we should stop with the "Lead/Support" categories because characters were nominated in both categories. Now, that I see no Lead/Support, I need to find an other way to annoy moderators ...

For YEARS she lives with the fear of being revealed as former slave of the World Nobles, which is why she's acting cold and arrogant towards everybody else suppressing ALL emotions - and then Luffy comes and just punches them free by protecting their secret and giving up his request for three of her people.

I support Robin. Well, I liked her appearance the most. Her importance in the whole plot is arguably one of the most important. I like her deviance among the SH, her dark humor. And I liked the theory she's based on Mia Wallace (Pulp Fiction) XD.

I Nominate Tashigi

Not only has she shown her desire to grow and to become a worthy Marine, but she has "learned" from Smoker "Real Justice".
Based on her actions as a marine Tashigi represents (IMO) what constitutes the best qualities of the Marines...

So even though I'd rather find Hancock or Robin sleeping in my bed, Tashigi is my vote based on Guts, Character and Skill.

As said earlier, her role in the story is of great importance. Plus, even after her back story, I still find her a mystery...who's trying to reveal the greatest mysteries. :P
