Yeah, if all five are nominated though, just so everything fits into the overall scheme of the awards. Though I suppose the possibility of nomination for all five is realistic as much as it is not.

I vouch for Ubik
When each member of the God Hand is shown in their specific layer of the astral world, Ubik is in a place with figures from Hieronimus Boschs paintings... how cool is that?

Conrad and Ubik look the same, Femto looks awesome but I hate him. Void just has plot written all over him but my vote is

Slan I just loved her design she looked awesome with the snake hair and succubus wings.
I like how hooked she is over Guts and saying he would be 'worthy'

I would go with Slan for the same reasons stated by llamapie.
And also she was the only one among the God Hand I didn't have hate for.
