Clannad, and none of the others even come close. Tomoya and Nagisa's relationship was so sweet, so emotional, and so touching. One of the best anime of the 21st century.

A love which surpass everything, even the death. That's what I saw in Sword Art Online. In the first part, Asuna and Kirito's love was seen growing within a game of death and in the second part tireless search for his love.

I watched four of the candidates. I don't see a love as strong as Sword Art Online portrayed.
