I voted Shaft. Brain's Base is a great studio, but the overall quality of Shaft's animation is higher. Ghibili probably has had the greatest impact on anime, but I'm more a fan of Shaft.

Will go with Sunrise, Production IG is good but they have their occasional odd thing that comes out weird (Gargantia was an odd one to do and just kind of dull overall, then theres is Robotics;Notes and Psycho Pass). Their quality can be all over the place.

Like Sunrise for their mecha output and when they branch to something new it can often be fun (Phi Brain, Daily Lives of Highschool Boys) for example.

Of course, almost every anime of KyoAni is good or excellent in my point of view.

I found Tamako Market and Chu2Kyo pretty boring and kind of not well developed with weakness in writing.

Tamako Market is comedy and Slice of Life. As a comedy it is really funny, Dera is awesome, and as slice of life it is the same as always, it showed the business district everyday life quite well.
Chu2Byo is even better, one of my favorites anime. Rikka and Yuta are adorable and all Chuniibyou plot makes you laugh a lot. The other chracters are quite interesting, too.

Of course, that's the icing on the cake--there's still HanaIro and NagiAsu, which are pretty well done series.

My vote goes to P.A. Works as well. I love both HanaIro and NagiAsu, not to forget that they made Angel Beats! and Uchouten Kazoku. "Another" wasn't bad either, they hardly disappoint.
