If a male titan ate Annie, would they still call it the "Female Titan"?

I heard that the real Female's Titan name was "Scream" or "Crystal."

What do you guys think?

That was never mentioned anywhere in the manga, so I'm not sure where you heard that.

The Marley referred to it as the Female Titan power, so that's the only "real" name that we got so far.

I think each of the nine titans represents an aspect of the original Ymir, I reckon that if a dude inherited the female titan power his titan form would still have boobs.
