[Final] Favorite Classic Anime

This award is meant to honor anime that are deemed 'classics'. Any anime that aired, or began airing, before 2000 (the new millenium) are eligible.

Nomination Rules

• Nominate up to three anime.
• Please clearly state the name of the series.
• Please bold all series names.
• Please bold the title of all nominations.
• The five anime with the most nominations will proceed to the next round.

Participants are allowed to change one nominee each. To request a change, post what nomination you would like removed along with your new nomination.

A single OVA wouldn't, but considering it's an OVA-series that's okay with me An earlier nomination, Legend of the Galactic Heroes is a very long OVA-series too, so all that matter is that it's multiple episodes to classify it as a series.
