[Final] Most Surprising Anime of 2014

This category is for anime that you did not expect to like, might not have planned on watching, but ultimately enjoyed very much.

Only anime that aired in 2014, including anime that aired in fall 2013 and carried over into 2014 (2 cour series), are eligible.

I've been waiting for this to open! :XD

There were quite a few anime that surprised me this year. My expectations on each of these were fairly low, before I watched them... but with every episode they just excelled! For Most Surprising Anime of 2014, I'm Nominating:

Shingeki no Bahamut: Genesis
No Game No Life
Bokura wa Minna Kawaisou

They might not be the absolute best anime of the season, but they were sure up there and I appreciated the good work they did!
