Voted for Jyabura. Didn't really see anything special from Albion and not every captain who comes to Shabondy is Luffy. In fact, I think Jyabura could probably handle vast majority of captains who dare to travel to New World.

I agree with Razh that not every Captain who gets to Shabondy is on Luffy's level or even at the level of Zoro and Sanji. And I also agree that Jabra was strong enough to take some Supernova Captains who went to the New World, so I'm pretty sure he can take Albion as well.
And I agree with those who say that it was already a miracle that Albion managed to get to this round.

He mostly had quite weak group, so he had quite a lucky day and thus managed to get through, while the same Zoro didn't have luck and lost in the first eliminating round. I believe Zoro would be able to take down Albion.
Though I think Albion should be at least capable of taking some pre-timeskip Supernovas in one on one. For example the same Uruge or Bonnie (if she won't manage to use her DF).
