Probably gotta go with the hype. Dragon is the son of Garp and the father of Luffy. I'm assuming he is just as strong.

Well, I don't understand how Gin managed to get so far...
Still, he doesn't have even a single chance in this fight. We still don't know much about Dragon, but the facts that he is the most wanted man in the World, has Conqueror's Haki, seems to be a Master of Haki and leads the guys like Iva and Kuma... that's at least a showcase of his power that seems to be equal to Yonkou.

U know, i would vote against dragon, if he would be just hype. But unfortunality that guy nailed smoker to the ground in logue town, so he had atleast a little fight. :/

And Gin rocks! I wanna see him on the grandline!
