Well...She does know Haki but I doubt She can stand the fire techniques of Ace.

Marigold was stomped by Luffy in gear 2. No way she can survive against Ace.

Based on strength alone, I think Ace really is the better fighter, I'm not entirely sure though if Boa Marigold has no chance at all. One of the attacks she used against Luffy back then was the fire based Hebigami-Tsuki: Salamander after all. Whether she uses a match or Ace to light herself on fire shouldn't matter. It doesn't exactly help her against fire itself either though, so Ace likely wins - if he doesn't fall asleep and gets hit by the poison...

well since the only decent fight we saw her was with luffy and it was with her sister with whom they have an "absolute attack"; which didnt work against luffy and his gear2 i am not so sure she can defend against ace and his fire. her poison and ability to withstand fire(possibly due to BH since we didnt have any other explanation) may not work since ace has some wicked flames. i have to go with ace cause we lack sufficient data about her.

Ace is clearly the winner here.

Well, this fight should be quite one-sided. Even though Boa Marigold knows Haki she is still in a different World from Ace. He is too strong for her. Not only has he destructive Logia, but he has a considerable speed as well and a great skill that he polished in fights against really strong opponents from New World.
On the other hand Marigold wasn't even strong compared to Luffy as she was fighting with her sister Sandersonia and her attacks weren't that strong.

Ace is hurting Boa, hes got highly destructive move like that Entei one, hes been in the New World in a powerful crew and his power just outstrips her. I don't think she has a chance

And Ace was even offered a shichibukai position before joining WB.

Ace would probably use something like Enjomo first to surround Boa and himself, pierce Boa with Shinka "Shiranui" and then finish it up with Hiken or Enkai. She would be toast either way. At least in this round Boa would be the type to try and cause Ace problems whereas with the previous round none of his opponents would've been able to get a hit.

Yeah.... she had no chance. Now, if it was Boa Hancock, the match would've been much more interesting.
