I don't think Fuegoleon, especially the one from back at the elf arc, is as strong as Mereoleona, but I still think he takes this.

Yeah, despite Leona's praise, I think she was still much stronger than Fuego.
And while he's willing to get down and dirty, I'm not sure if his repitoire will let him tank or tag Vetto like his sister.

A tough battle to call. While I think Fuegoleon is about even with his sister, Vetto has shown quite the ability to endure lethal attacks. This would likely come down to the physical abilities, and I don't think Fuegoleon has the power there to overcome Vetto.

With Salamander, I think Fuego is on Mereleona's tier, so I'm giving him the vote. Imo, the most complete fighter here, considering tactical prowess, raw power, versatile fighting style from all distances, and large mana reserves. His best attacks should be at least Noelle's level, so I think he will overcome Vetto's defense.
